@ 12:00 pm SPY @ 259.65, look @ RSI it is under 20 @ 16, this is a buy sign. It bounce up all the way to 261.20 . But as you can see @ RSI over 70, it still in down trend. Sell ! Extent chart not show.. it drop back to 260.04 . ...
